I joined Raleigh after a long career in personal development, leadership and adventure education while serving in the British Army at home and overseas. The many experiences as a participant, trainer, coach and organiser on expedition have fuelled my passion for wild places and challenging situations as the route to personal and team growth. Raleigh is a natural extension of this lifelong journey.
