Recruitment coordinator
Do you enjoy sharing stories about your Raleigh expedition and encouraging other people to sign up? Would you like to take that one step further and share your passion in a sales and customer service environment? An exciting and unique opportunity for a previous Raleigh participant to join the Sales and Marketing team as a recruitment coordinator has arisen. You will be a highly motivated person with an ability to build relationships with potential participants over the phone and face-to-face as well as having excellent administration skills.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering a recruitment plan to encourage young people from state and grammar schools to join a Raleigh expedition. The post holder will attend school presentations, gap year and careers fairs as well as ensuring all potential participants receive excellent customer service. This is a permanent contract. The salary is circa £18,000 pa.

Country Programme Manager - Malaysia Borneo
Reporting to the Country Director your primary role is to deliver high quality safe expeditions and development programmes overseas. Closely managing a volunteer team you will direct the day to day operational requirements of our in-country support and logistics. A passion for personal development and the ability to empower your teams will enable you to get the most from this challenging role. The salary is circa £21,000 pa plus benefits.

We have a wide variety of positions available for volunteer managers on our expeditions.
Undertake a parachute jump, the Kinabalu or Military Challenge or the Mazda London Triathlon 2008 in support of Raleigh International's work with disadvantaged young people.
