If you want to join an expedition leaving in less than 3 months, please call us on +44 (0)20 7183 1271 to discuss your options. If you're a non-Uk national please check with the relevant embassy whether you're eligible for a visa.
Ready to apply?
You can apply online. Please take a moment to check our terms and conditions. Please also submit your CV and a supporting statement outlining why you wish to become a volunteer manager.
Selection process
Successful applicants are invited to attend an assessment weekend in the UK, which we kindly ask for a £40 contribution to cover costs. This is an intensive 2 day course designed to recreate expedition life and offer a taste of what each role entails. It's a chance to decide if Raleigh's right for you and allows us to assess your suitability. Non-UK participants are welcome to attend the weekend, or telephone interviews can be arranged.
