Passwords?
I applied for an expedition the other day, and get an email that told me I had to send an email to the admins to get my password for the customer centre.
I tried, and it just kept bouncing back...and tried emailing info@raleigh.org.uk but haven't got a reply.
Needless to say, I'm confused, and don't want to send the rest of the money I've raised until I know what's going on...Anyone else had this, or know how I can log in?

Hi Naomi - sincere apologies for any problems you've had whilst trying to obtain your username and password to access your fundraising progress.
All volunteers signed up to an expedition are given login details based on their email address and unique Raleigh ID to keep track of their fundraising activities (your own Raleigh 'account'!)
I'm glad we've got all of this sorted for you now.
Do email info@raleigh.org.uk if you need help as we promise to respond to all enquiries - I'm sorry the technical abyss got hold of your email!
