So you've signed up for your expedition. What next? We're on hand to give you training and ongoing support before you go.

Challenge workshop
We invite all our venturers to attend a free challenge workshop in the UK, about two months before the expedition. This is a 3 day residential session specifically designed for your chosen country. You'll get to meet the other venturers coming on your expedition, learn what you'll be doing when you're out there, plus medical and kit advice and a guide to basic outdoor living. We realise you may not be able to attend a workshop, so you can contact our dedicated support team with any concerns before you go. Click here for a list of dates.

Getting to know other venturers
It's a good idea to get to know the other venturers coming on your expeditions and those who have been before. You can do this by joining our support groups and societies formed by returned volunteers around the world keen to share their knowledge and Raleigh experiences.

To find out what life on Raleigh's really like read our blogs. Remember to check the forum in Live Raleigh where our support team can share information relating to your expedition.
