Our 5 to 13 week core expeditions to Malaysian Borneo, Costa Rica & Nicaragua and India run throughout the year and facilitate personal and professional development. Many employers encourage their staff to join our expeditions through learning and development or sabbatical schemes.  Whether joining our expeditions as a Volunteer manager or venturer, employees return to their organisations with increased skills and belief in their own abilities and their organisation's values. Our expeditions are a hugely beneficial way to assist an employee's personal development and can be used as a recruitment tool particularly in the highly competitive graduate market.
