How do I apply?

We advise venturers to sign up between 6 and 12 months before the expedition departs, the reason being the earlier you apply the better chance you have of getting your first expedition choice. This also gives you more time to raise funds and you'll benefit from our training workshops.

If you want to join an expedition leaving in less than 3 months, please call us on +44 (0) 20 7183 1283 to discuss your options. If you're a non-UK national please check with the relevant embassy whether you're eligible for a visa.

Please note, the terms and conditions are no longer valid on the downloadable application form. Please click on the above link to read our updated terms and conditions.To reserve your place you'll need to pay a £200 deposit, which will count towards your final fundraising target. You can pay by cheque, debit or credit card. We will need this payment within two weeks of receiving your application.

What next?
We also need a completed medical form signed by your doctor. If you're under 18 you must also get consent from your parent or guardian and will need to complete and return a parental/guardian consent form. Without these forms we will not be able to offer you a place on expedition.
