British Military Fitness have been getting people fit and healthy in parks all over the UK since 1999, training in teams with professional ex or serving military physical training instructors. They are generously offering all Raleigh alumni the corporate rate of membership wherever they are in the UK. Competition
It can be difficult for friends and family back home to fully comprehend what you have achieved from your expedition, so this is your chance to share your experiences with the Raleigh community.
Every month we ask you to send in an article, photo or even a section from your journal, which illustrates life on Raleigh. We'll add our favourite 5 to the website for the duration of the month. The winner, as voted for by head office staff, will receive 2 CDs from earworms musical brain trainer of Rapid Spanish, volumes 1 and 2.
